Heidi Montag

okay so i'll admit... i watched the premiere of the hills tonight and i knew heidi had gotten ten procedures done in one day back in january but holy hell she seriously does not look like the same person. it's so sad that her self esteem is that low that she needed to change her entire face. but i guess when your SO screws around behind your back for years, it tends to do a number on your self esteem.

I've been thinking the same thing...I saw her for the first time on the previews while watching a 16 and Pregnant marathon...it look me like 4 times of seeing the commercial to even realize it was her!

I just watched it (I have to DVR it b/c FH wouldn't be caught dead watching what he calls 'smut tv' lol)......she looks horrendous! She actually looks scary to me

I have seen her in the magazines and it's a real shame that she had all of those procedures done. She looked beautiful before and now I do not really recognize her.

i know!!! it's sooo sad she was beautiful before. it was even fine when she got the first nose job but this is just odddd.

i watched it too - i think her body looks hot, but her face looks too old/tight for her considering how young she is. its sad that she needed to get all that work done to feel better about herself, but there's always gonna be something that she isn't happy with.

I only watched the first 10 minutes bc I wanted to see her Mom's reaction. I had seen her 'new look' in mags and on TMZ and stuff so that wasn't shocking to me. I do however, think she looked wayyy better before. I think she looks creepy and just so fake now.

I agree with you Lauren, she has MAJOR self esteem issues and as her mom said she should be talking to someone to work through it rather than going to a plastic surgeon for the answer.

I think she was pretty before. Now she looks fake and that makes me sad. She's putting out a horrible image for the young kids who look up to her that basically says to kids, 'you have to look perfect!'

She looks platic and like her face is going to melt. I think her mom's reaction was a little harsh, especially at dinner. I don't know, it was akward. I never watched this show until this weekend when there was a marathon on, and now I'm ashamed to say but I'm hooked lol.

ITA! I think she looked beautiful and normal before. Now she looks plastic and like a completely different person.

I watched the show with FH last night and it was painful. I think the surgeries aged her face. Now she looks like an older woman trying to keep things tight. I hope it relaxes a little because everything was sooo shiny and plastic looking.

I think her body looks good but she had a nice body before anyway. I just hope she doesn't get her boobs even bigger because she'll really look like a freak show.

she looks terrible.. soo plastic and her eyebrow left was absolutely terrible!!! her whole face looked like she went through a wind tunnel!! its really sad that she is soo insecure.. I have a feeling its Spencer that makes her feel that way anyways.. I was shocked to see her face and couldnt get over it!!! Her body was amazing before her boobs are way to big for her tiny body.. she crazy!!

I didn't watch the premier but saw the commercial and almost didn't recognize her OR Stephanie, which were both prettier before. They look so plastic now. I think Steph was pretty before.

Heidi's nose job was ok, then it just got way out of hand.
