helio (help!!!)

does anyone have helio? i have verizon now and i was thinking of switching. they have a plan that is just about what i pay now but you get to go on the internet and all that for the same price. i was thinking of buying the new verizon phone that has the touch screen and internet but i don`t know if it would be an arm and a leg to get internet access, i get bored at work so i want something i can use to go online and chat with you guys!!!

so if anyone has an opinion either way please let me know! TIA
