hellllllllllllppppp

We met a florist that we REALLY liked but then went to another one that we liked as well! they are the same price and the second one will not charge us tax and we also feel more comfortable putting our flowers in their hands. HOW DO I TELL THE OTHER ONE THAT WE DON'T WANT TO BOOK THEM

thanks ladies I sent her an email and just told her that we loved the sample she made for us but that we decided to go a different way.

Why do you have to tell them you dont want to book with them. Did you give them a deposit already or anything??

Like a bandaid!!

Vendors are not as emotionally vested as you may think ..

Just send them an email, or call after hours and leave a message. Then at least you don;t have to talk with them.

Trust me, I am in sales, and I ALWAYS appreciate getting a no, it saves both sides time. Then they will not call to follow up .... etc ...

Good luck! and if you want me to call them for you i will!

dont worry about it...its a business, it happens all the time. You can just say you decided to go another way.

Just don't go back and if they call you, explain that you are on a budget and got a better deal with the other florist. It's none of their business exactly why or what kind of deal you got.

you really dont have to tell them, but if you want to just say you decided to go with another vendor, short and sweet

ITA - If you feel that it is necessary to tell them

honestly, I wouldn't tell them anything, they'll figure it out sooner or later. They are setting you up! If you call them and tell them that you are going with another vendor then you know that they are going to try everything in their power to keep you so I wouldn't even bother with the hassel.

ditto! I never told vendors that i decided not to go with--- except for like 3 b/c they were really nice, and b/t RHs, DJs, and video people we've seen almost 40 vendors so not a lot
