I have been reading this board for a few weeks now, but just got officially engaged on Saturday so I figured it was time to join you great group of ladies!!! I just wanted to say hello and that I'll enjoy swapping ideas over the next few months.

Thank you! We went out for a really nice dinner and after we came home he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. He's a sweetie : )

I am so jealous that your getting married at Disney. I wanted to very bad! Both families asked that we do it on Long Island! If you need any help let me know, I live in Orlando and might be able to help you once in a while.

I'm jealous - I've been engaged almost a year and still have 7 months to go! You have such a short wait - time is going to fly for you! Plus getting married at Disney? Talk about fairytale weddings!

Thank you all for the warm welcome and I actually think I'm addicted already

My FH is a disney addict so for us there was no other place to get marrried. We'll be having a lovely ceremony on the beach at the Polynesian Resort with our immediate family and after our honeymoon we'll be having a reception at the Three Village Inn for our extended family and friends. Its a good way to make the wedding fun last a few more weeks hehe.

Thank you Debbie for your offer and I might take you up on it. It does get a little difficult finding a photographer and such when you are so far way.
