Hello!

Hi everyone. I am new to this site. I just got engaged in November, but am not getting married until 2013 in order to save money. I know that it's too early to start planning, but I'm so excited, so I hope you are OK with me here. There aren't too many other people on the 2013 board. Thanks, Jenny

Of course you can hang out with us. There are a few other 2013 brides that are doing the same thing.

Tell us about you. How did he propose?

You can start looking around and ask us anything. The 2013 boards are quiet, so we have some of the 2013 brides over here.

Hi! Thank you! I grew up in North Carolina, but my parents moved to Long Island when I went to college. Since they are here and my fiance's are here, we decided to have the wedding in NY.

The engagment happened on Thanksgiving and was a total surprise! On the way to his parent's house for dessert, he stopped at a tiny beach area and proposed. It was amazing! And when we got to his parent's house, my whole family was there too!
