Hello again!

Hello again!

Sorry I've been *** of late. Had a serious addiction to the Olympics (going through a horrible case of withdrawal. Need a Michael Phelps moment), helped my brothers renovate and move, spending time with my grandmother, had an amazing and busy weekend this past weekend, and of course been dealing with some SERIOUS FH ex b.s. (she was threatening to come to my job to 'control' me. After FH threatened to hang up on her 5x I just got tired of hearing them fight and his threat so I told him to hang up. So now i'm trying to control FH and control her son. Dear god help me). Haven't had a lot of time to be on here at night......and the nerve of customer coming into my work and keeping me busy so i can't come on during the day anymore!!!!!

So what have I missed these past 3 weeks? Been trying to keep up but I'm sure I missed something.

Re: Hello again!

Ok...why did this post twice.

Thanks for the hugs. I'm sure all will work out just fine. It's life. A friend from work was just diagnosed with brain cancer last week at the age of 47....took me out of my self pity mode and made me realize my life is not bad. Yeah it's got some bumps and could be better, but all in all this is all crap I can deal with. Thanks again Teri

I know and I really wanted to go too. I was actually working then we went to Atlantis with the kids and then to Riverhead Raceway for an awesome night. LOVE the races. Good American fun.

Definitely want to make the next one if I'm free. Would love to meet you all face to face!

Will you be there next weekend? Going on the 6th. Brining FHs mom. His 5 yo son LOVES the races. All he talks about is how much he wants to be a race car driver. He told me he wants to get his license ASAP so he can pick me up at work. LOVE that kid.

It really does. Grandma is ok. She actually had another episode last week. Got rushed to the hospital with chest pains. Luckily it was nothing. Tomorrow they are checking brain waves to see what's going on with her dementia. It's a b*tch getting old. FH and I said if we get like that we'll sit in the car in the garage with all the doors closed. My grandparents actually do a lot of traveling in hopes of something happening so that they die together. So morbid, but I totally get it now.

Actually no we haven't done that. It's usually so late by the time it's all over that we leave right after. Think he'd love it though. What does FH drive in? Modifieds?

Have you seen 'The Notebook'? i watched this freshman year with like 6 girls, at the end we were sobbing uncontrollably for like 10 minutes. Very great and beautiful movie. I cannot even fathom living with FH for a moment, not looking forward to the golden years...

Oh lord, don't get me started on The Notebook. I could only watch that movie twice it got me so hard! It even choked my father up who doesn't get emotional about anything. That is the way to die.....in each others arms while asleep.

If you liked the movie the Notebook.... and you like to read I HIGHLY recommend the sequel book to The Notebook.... The Wedding by Nicholas Sparks.

The movie was excellent but not nearly as good as the book.
