Helene was very good and you can do a trial with her, in fact, you can do as many trials as you like. When she did my trial she put too much foundation on me and I didn't like that, I wanted it to be more natural so I just told her that and she fixed it. I also didn't like the taste of the lipstick she gave me so I brought my own and she was very nice about that too. When my DIL did her first trial for hair and make up she wasn't happy with the eyeshadow she used and when Nina told her she just changed it to what she wanted. Same with the hair. They were very nice and accommodating.
They are on New Utrecht Avenue between 75th Street (Bay Ridge Pkwy) and 76th Street.
