Hello to everyone-starting to get nervous now!!

Hi, all,

Sorry I haven't been on in awhile; just running around with a lot of stuff. Can't believe less than four months to go-just hope I'm not forgetting anything. Going to look at limos and flowers this weekend; have dj, photographer & video. Start fittings in Feb. Favors should be done within the month and picked up my invites two weeks ago. Is there anything I'm forgetting to take care of?

I haven't been around either. I can't believe we have 5 1/2 more months to go and that I've been engaged for almost 8 months. Where did the time go?
Being that it's 2002 - I'm starting to get nervous. I almost freaked when I realized that I have to order my invites by end of this month/early next month!
What about your programs - I'm working on that too!
It'll be here before you know! Yohhooo!

It sounds like you are in good shape.

Are you planning on doing programs, custom seating cards or menues? Its never too early start on that stuff. The little detailsleft for the last minute can drive you nuts.

Programs .... Petal Paper Galore

I'm doing my programs in Word with a petal paper overlay and ribbon - I just ordered a sample of the petal paper.
My invitations are in petal paper too - so that goes.
For the menu cards - I think I'm doing those on vellum over petal paper and the placecards - I just ordered a sample of flat top box .. I was thinking of using those as seating cards and putting candy in them. Not sure - I'll see how the sample looks.
But I'm doing everything with the petal paper.
What was your invitation? Maybe you can do something with that for the program, menu, and seating cards.
