Hello TTC'ers...can you help my aunt?

Good Morning Ladies!!!!

Let me start off by saying that I am so motivated by all of you. You are all so supportive of eachother and some of these threads literally brought me to tears.

My aunt is 33 and has been TTC for 10 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She was diagnosed with Endometriosis and has unfortunately, not really taken care of it until recently. Which unfortunately, brings her chances down drastically.

She is currently considering IUI (?)

Can you ladies help explain charting to me and where she should go to start that up? She would like to do it that way for now and then do the IUI as sort of the last option. Just her personal preference I guess.

I am not too sure about any of this for right now. But I knew just where to go when she started to ask me. I appreciate anywhere you ladies can guide me!

TONS of Baby Dust to all of you and Happy & Healthy's to those expecting!!!!!!!!!

She is currently seeing someone in Brooklyn @ Methodist Hospital. I think he referred her to charting for now.

Best of luck to you as well. Everything will work out and LIW will have tons of baby pictures to browse!!!

Hey girl!!

Wow, 10 years is a very long time TTC... I think that charting might really benefit your aunt, because there's alot that we don't know about your bodies, and I think this book is a great source about identifying everything with your cycle: Taking Charge of Your Fertility

Good luck to your aunt.

Is she seeing a Reproductive Endocrinologist? I would say that is her best bet. If her endo is really that bad, the egg probably would not be able to implant in her uterus.
