Isnt your sister getting someone to come to the house? There are several salons open for sure on Sunday in Astoria Queens ... like between 34-37 streets and Broadway but I dont know their names. Sorry

Touch of Class 2 on Hillside ave. Across from Old Navy. Ellena is amazing. She did my hair and make-up for my brother's wedding I have pics in my albums.

How about Christies & Co in Bay Terrace..it's in Queens, but I know they are open.

If you can actually get into Queens, my salon, Spectrym Salon, in Forest Hills, is open on Sundays and I know they do lots of fancy hair and makeup for events.
