HELP!!

does anyone know where town hall in Manhasset or Hempstead is? I would be coming from CT so if anyone has directions from the northern state or the southern state, i would greatly apreciate it.

i called the numbers, but the receptionist was less than helpful.

About how much should it cost for 3 hours for a Rolls and 2 white 10 or 12 person limos or a Rolls and a luxury bus?
