HELP

there is a FSBO home that we are VERY interested in seeing. i left a message for the seller last sunday. didn't hear back from her, so called again on tues night. we chatted for a half an hour about EVERYTHING but the house. i told her i would call her back wed night. i left a message wed and then another on fri. i STILL haven't heard back from her and the home is still advertised.

she is going through a lot right now (divorce settlement, bought a new house, kids are upset) and doesn't reside in the home. she visits the house to retrieve and return messages.

i dont want to seem like a pest, but i am frustrated. should i call AGAIN?

Keep calling - you have nothing to lose. I'll be honest here - perhaps they have another offer on the table and are waiting to see if it really goes through or not before they tell you the house is sold.
