and I am breaking out like crazy! I can only think it's from stress. And I am making it worse, because I am picking my face like crazy. I am so upset, this is bad timing! Anyone have any quick fixes?

1. STOP PICKING- i know its hard, but you might scar from it
2. make an appointment with a dermo immediatly and see if you can schedule another one to two days before your wedding, your dr can give you cortizone shots and the swelling/redness will go down or away totally
3. do you use any over the counter products? i would start using citaphil to wash your face 2x a day or i would use a cleanser/toner/moisturized combo , clinique makes a good one or wait for the dermo's recomendation
