Hi,
My name is Tina. Some of you might know my friend tracy. Lilqtny I was engaged and was getting married on 06/10/06. Well needless to say that is not happening. The thing I need help with is I have My dress> i was able to cancel everything with out loosing too much money. But Can not cancel the dress. It is a Maggie sottero which was purchased and is and is still in storage at Adriennes. If anyone knows of anyone who might be interested in it please let me know. Everyone is telling me to keep it but it would be just to hard to see it. Thanks in advance.

FYI - you should post the style number/name of the dress and/or a photo and the size (+ whether it's been altered). Also, try selling it on ebay.

First of all, I'm sorry to hear that your engagement is called off.

Secondly, I think you should change the name of your post to 'Maggie Sottero XXXX Gown For Sale' (or post a new topic). Inside, post pics, the size, the style name/number and the amount you want (or to FM you for price). This post might not get too much traffic.

I have a brand new Mori Lee gown and tried 3 times to sell on e-bay. I paid close to 1K and was only getting bids for 75 bucks. So, instead, I'm donating it to the American Cancer Society. They then sell it and use the proceeds to fund cancer research.

Wow!!! Great idea. They give receipts for donations so it's a tax write off.
