Asia just found a very old and VERY dead rat and ran around with it for a minute or 2 before we got it away. I called animal emergency and they told me as long as she didn't EAT it, she should be fine but to go to my regular vet on Monday and get a rabies booster....I am hyseterical right now!! Do you think she'll be OK?

Yes...but I would definitely take the hospital's advice and take her to the vet on Monday for peace of mind. Relax, she'll be okay.

Thanks girls! I spoke w/ the vet yesterday and they said the most I need to worry about is brushing her teeth before she kisses me
