if you are not completely satisfied with either, keep looking. if you already signed a contract and the hall is in suffolk county, you have up until 6 months prior to the event to cancel and the hall is required by law to give you your $ back (less $100). my suggestion would be to keep looking until you find a place you love and that you can have your wedding at night. good luck! ~lacey

Re: HELP!!
i was going to give you the same advice as lacey about your deposit... go with your heart and pick whichever place you truly want your wedding to be at!

Re: HELP!!
Awww.... Jackie!!! You should be 100% happy with your hall. But I will tell you that since I looked at like 17-18 halls, that sometimes places do not appear what they are online. You need to go in person to definetely check the place out. And although they may be cheaper, you need to check other things out like menu, etc. If you truly are unsure, then go check out a couple more places and you can always get your deposit back (minus $100). Just some advice, I have heard of stories of girls on LIW who had a difficult time getting their $$ back. (But I know you, and I know you would get your money back! )
