Help!!!

I need to write a note telling my guest that we will have a bus to bring them from the hotel to the reception and take them to the hotel when it is over. Do you have any catchy/ryhming wording that I could use? I am desperate here.

We also want to let guests know that we booked a conference room from midnight to 3am so the celebration can continue.

Here is what the BHB board has come up with. I need some tweaking from a poetic BTB.

Because your safety is important to us
we are provideing you with a bus
it will depart from the Marriott at 6
to get you to the party in time for cocktail hour.
The bus will depart when the wedding is done
but don't take off your party shoes because the night is still young.
A party room at the Marriott has been set aside
for the party to continue till your hearts delight.

or....

Because we both want you to have a great time,
Without having to worry about cocktails and wine,
A bus will be provided at 6pm for all,
Ensuring your safety to and from the hall.
Once the mansion has closed it's doors,
We'll head back to the hotel to party some more.
