Ok, was leaning towards Knights of Columbus in Oceanside and was all set to call and make appt. to bring in deposit but now I'm second-guessing myself.
Are there any reception locations that have wedding packages under $50 per person? Someone told me the Manor East has very reasonable prices but they haven't emailed me back yet.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!!

Re: Help!!
October is a really expensive time of year. If you changed it to a winter wedding you could get much cheaper packages.
How many people are you inviting? You could do a cocktail reception and save a TON of money.
Buffet's are usually much cheaper too.

Re: Help!!
On our list to invite we have about 130 right now. I would have no problem with having a buffet style reception as long as the food is good.

Re: Help!!
When we went to the Crest Hollow Country Club the BM told us that if we wanted to switch our date to January we could do it for 55$ a person.

I definitely have to agree with Marconi and Brentwood CC. You can get amazing packages.

Re: Help!!
I agree that if you change your date it might be a lot cheaper, I know my sister got married at Eastwind the night before Thanksgiving & she got it really really cheap. But places are more likely to work with you if you have a off season wedding because they don't have as much of a demand for those dates.

Re: Help!!
I also agree that changing your wedding date will definitely make it cheaper. Have you considered November?
