HELP! 45 days away and I want to add someone to my BP!

Hi ladies (and I see we have men now too!),

Sorry I've been MIA, but I'm getting down to the nitty gritty.

Here's the problem (well not really problem):

My BP consists of 1 MOH, 1 BestM, 7 BM, 7 GM, 1 Jr. BM, 1 Jr. GM, 2 FGs and 1 RB.

Now you're probably wondering where I can add one more person. welllll... my cousin's son is 3 1/2 (perfect age for RB), one of my FG's is 3... the children in my wedding already are my MOH's kids (practically nieces and nephews). My mother and I were talking about it last night and thought I should've had someone from my dad's side of the family in the BP... my Jr. BM is on my mom's side. UGH... sooo... do you think this is poor etiquette for me to ask my cousin NOW??? Not all of the guys in the BP have gotten measured for tuxes yet, so it's kinda like he's just going to get measured & like he's been there all the time... Please help! I know this probably doesn't make sense! I want to cry!

so that would leave me with 2 FGs, 2 RBs and 2 Jrs for each side...

I dont think it's every too late to ask.. but understand if they say no.

I was asked to be BM in my brothers wedding about 3 weeks before the wedding.. was a pain to get fitted so quickly by the dressmaker. Even worse was I had to pay so much so fast..

Its always nice to ask..

The thing is too that we decided no kids at the wedding except those in it and all the time I felt so bad that he wasn't invited (he's sooooooo cute)...

You don't think it's too many kids in such a large BP???

You have been missed but I do not think that it is to many children.
