Help!

Going to cut this incredibly long story down to a MUCHHHH shorter one -
Friend just cut her MOH out of her BP for legit reasons, just asked me into her BP and she just got into mine - but shes insinuating that she is going to ask me to be MOH - FREAKING OUT! I know that i know a small amount of wedding planning for myself - but for her OMG! I emailed her mother about setting up a date for her shower and all of those goodies - if u girls have and pointers if u have been in this position - what are my MOH duties?

know it sounds silly because i should know because with having a MOH - but i find it semi-useless the one i have because i do everything on my own without anyone wanting to help....

pretty much when i was MOH all i did was plan the bachlorette party and help her out day of....you know hold hte bouquet,,,fluff the dress, etc...i didnt throw a shower or anything else....she handled all the wedding planning herself...
