Ok, so I am finally going to NY in March to finish planning for the wedding. It will be my last time out there before my wedding. I have sort of an issue. Basically I'm only in NY 3 days and will be having appts. back to back nonstop. My hair trial is on a Saturday at 9am. My shower is at 12pm!!! What do I do? Do I go home first and wash my hair, or should I just take the crown out and attend my shower with my hair in the updo. I don't want to look like a dope! Help!

Hi Julykbride, I have the exact same issue!! how funny. I am not having a crown though, but my hair will be all done up. (BTW - i think you should keep the crown, it would be really cute!!) Honestly, everyone at your shower will TOTALLY understand and no one will think you look like a dope. PLUS, you will get to see how it looks in pictures and you will get to see how it holds up during a party. I think you should definitely leave it in and just not worry about it! I agree. You won't look like a dope at all! Your hair will be done up nicely and you have the opportunity to show it off! I think the ladies at your shower may get a kick out of it!

Go with it up! I have the same issue too! I have my trial next Sat at 3pm and have my bachelorette right after.

After the your hair is finished and you take your pictures and go over it with the stylist etc. have the stylist take it down or alter it in some way so that when you leave it does not look exactly how it will be at the wedding.
