Ok l need your help. FH and I are at odds over where to have our reception. We would like to have it some place where they have nice grounds, preferably water (ocean or whatever). We originally thought the Woodbury Country Club, but I was not thrilled with the size of the dance floor (165 guest). And I've heard mixed reviews about their food. He loved the Crest Hollow, but I didn't like the fact that they charge 500.00 extra to have poolside cocktail hr. The other problem is that the church is in Great Neck and we are concerned about the distance to the reception. Please help :

Maybe try the Glen Cove Mansion or the Cresent Beach Club?

Well, check out Leonards of Great Neck, we are having an outdoor gazebo ceremony and an outdoor/indoor cocktail hour at no extra charge and you could also check out Chateau La Mer, they basically offered us the same deal as Leonards but didnt have a gazebo and were a little bit more price wise than leonards
