HELP!!

i am so annoyed-

davids bridal had the dress, but not the shrug

i've called bridal shops and they are so rude, no one wants to custom make one once they find out i already have my dress from a 'chain'

PLEASE ANYONE KNOW A DRESS MAKER WHO CAN MAKE A SHRUG TO MATCH MY DRESS???

I know it will run me at least $200

but im sooo peeved at the lack of options from bridal specialty stores
