Anyone know of non denomination church or a church that will allow a wedding, Im not catholic. I need in suffolk. Please let me know.

There's the chapel at CW Post or you could try an Episcopal Church, there's a nice one in Islip, St. Mark's

The Community Church of East Williston is a non denominational church...it's not in suffolk though. We were married there and loved it!
