HELP! Annulment questions!!!

So my ex had our marriage annulled about 4 years ago... he re-married in a Catholic Church and paid for it etc...

My FH and I are hoping to get married in a Catholic Church, and as of now we are 'penciled' in at the Church until I hand the priest a copy of the 'Annulment decree'

Does anyone know what this is???

I have a letter stating that my annulment was ratified - but thats it....

Is that the paper I need?

Please help!

Sorry i dont know the answer, but i would bring every single piece of paperwork you have to the church...if there is anything your missing ask the prist what it is and how you can get it, he should know

UGHHH nevermind - i called and this whole thing is a nightmare.
I need to have a serious talk with FH because I dont think the church is going to happen....

well i found out that he re-married in a lutheran church! sooo now i have to break the news to FH and i feel so bad because i know he will be a little dissapointed.
