I would love a band, but can not afford one, So, I am looking for a great Dj for my wedding. I do not want lights or video screens. I am just looking for an amazing DJ who can keep the party jumping without being cheesy. A DJ who is more upscale, but can get the crowd really excited.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I am so lost, there are so many choices I do not know where to start. I was also thinking of having the DJ bring is a guy with drums or some other live instrument, does anyone have any ideas about that.

Agree Music by Michael My best friend used him. He's incredible if you're not into the typical corny DJ. Definitely a pro at balancing your musical tastes and keeping the crowd dancing.

We used Perfect Parties, they are located in Bohemia, Ask for Chris. I already used them twice ,they keep the party going and they work within your budget

Joe Alanga of Party Time Music. My guests danced all night til the hall told us to go home! lol
Everyone loved the music, every age - from my parents to my neices and nephews. I've never seen my Dad dance so much!
It was a lot of fun...I'm not a big dancer and I danced all night. very nice guy, works with you for what ever you want. Great price too.

Albert Lee Music in Suffolk. I think he is based out of Patchogue. So worth it. BIL is using him for his wedding . Classy and elegant. HTH

Depending on your budget, try calling your favorite radio DJ. They only work 3 - 4 hours a day and lots do parties and functions on the side.
