Re: Help: Astoria World Manor
I went there and also separate the date for my wedding. Its not expensive, but.... when I went with my fiance, now husband to the showcase and the food tasting we ended really sad. The food was awful and we decided not to do it there because we saw more things whe we went for the buffet. I ended doing my wedding at The Metropolitan, super happy since I entered to the place. I still in contact with them because We love this place and the way they handle my wedding .... So one advise look for other place.

i'm having my wedding there...plate depends on what your package includes.
I think the hall is gorgeous....i went for the tasting last year, and i thought the food was good. The cake was horrible....they usuallly throw that in the package. I'm not taking it though. After november, i can give you all the feedback you need But so far....everything seems to be going well...

I just had my wedding there May 19, 2007.. It was amazing. i had about 175 guest in the ball room. everyone loved the whole thing. coctail hour was in the atrium and it was outstanding. what a selection of food and they even had a old fashion stand for popcorn and hotdogs for kids or grown up kids. LOLOL.. they really went above and beyond with service. Price was amazin.. never had a problem since day one. My BM was Juan. Awesome guy. The studios across the street are great too! i used them all..
I would for sure go with them atgain if needed or for other stuff.!!!

I wouldn't say that...but it really depends on your style. You should just go there and check it out for yourself. I didn't hear good things about it but I've also never been there. Just have your friend check it out. It never hurts to try.

I've heard very mixed reviews. I think you should definitely just check the place out
