HELP!! Attack of the Hoop Skirt!!!

I just got my hoop skirt in the mail and I have no clue how to make the hoops smaller and how to fold it up!! It came in a small box and now I just crumpled it up and stuffed it into a garbage bag after get bonked in the face with it a few times!!! I need help before FH comes and thinks I've totally lost my mind!! HELP ME!!!

I'm sorry I don't mean to laugh, but I posted almost the same exact thing about a month ago when I got mine. I was finally able to fold it again and shove it in the bag. I folded it in half and stuffed it in with a little help from my mom, but it wasn't very neat and it got VERY wrinkled. Now I have it hanging on a hanger (unfolded) in the attic with a huge garbage bag over it. Hope that helps you.

LMAO!!!!!! The hoops are adjustable, look for a piece in the middle where you can adjust them or have FH help you.
