HELP! I have yet another question. I am trying to figure out what to get my BMs for gifts. So far, I got them bags from American Bridal, and I was going to put little travel stuff in them. Then, I was thinking either mani/pedi gift certificates and a robe OR day of jewelry.
First question, which do you think is better? Second, if I get them DOJ, what should I get? I was thinking swarovski, but I can't figure it out with their dresses! HELP HELP!
I'm personally a big fan of the DOJ as BM gifts, especially if the girls are all wearing the same dress.
It's hard to say though because I can't see the front of the dress.. beautiful color, but is it all plain aside from the band across the top?
I'd either do dangly earrings OR a necklace, dpepending on how blinged out the dress is (earrings if a lot, necklace if not)
The Swarovski necklaces are expensive though, not sure how much you're looking to spend?

Thanks! The dress is straight across in the front, plain except for the white band. I was thinking about pearls also. But, the swarovski crystals have some good deals online.
Here is a pic of the front of the dress (in the wrong color though)

I'm going to say DOJ, but just make sure it's something they can wear again. My cousin got us all these pretty necklace/earring sets, but they're really not something you can wear out- even to a fancy wedding or something. It just sits in my jewelry box at home. If you do go with pearls, of course they are timeless!

My girls are all wearing different dresses so the mani/pedi robe works best for me. I know typically the DOJ is given but if so make sure it's something they can definitely wear again.

I would say DOJ as long as it's something they can wear again. Personally I don't think of a mani/pedi as a gift, just because it's a one-time thing.
Swarovski does have some gorgeous stuff, it you're willing to spend the money. But most of their necklaces are at least $50, so I don't know what you're looking to spend.

have you checked out etsy yet? might be able to get some custom pearl jewelry made at a discount bc you'll be buying a few at once.

I say day of Jewlery cause that is what I did. I think it is better cause then they have a keep sake for being in your wedding.

I got my BM the jewelry to wear for the day but found it really really cheap at the flea market so I went to the Dooney & Bourke outlet & got them wristletts...They were about 30.00 each.

i dont know doj is like a wierd gift to me because yes its a nice gift but it also works in your favorto have the girls in the same jewelery.. jmo
