HELP... Bridal Reflections Question? UPDATE

I ordered a dress from BR for $1300...... i found out that Lillette's sells the same dress for about $200 or $300 LESS sooooooo....... my question is: do you think BR would discount something if i let them know about this?...... even though i already ordered the dress & gave them 50% deposit?

i don't know what to do

*****UPDATE*****
I called BR yesterday & told them about the price difference i discovered.... the lady was very nice, took all my information, concerns & questions & told me she would call me back today to give me an answer regarding this issue........... today came & she called nice & early to tell me that although they cannot do anything about the price.... as a courtesy they will not charge me for the bustle
I'm very happy with that!!!

i doubt it....why would they its not like you can threaten to go and buy at lillettes now.....its definately worth a try the worst they can say is no

I would tell them ans see if maybe they can give u somethiing for free like a veil or slip or maybe they can take that off ur alterations or bustle??

I called BR yesterday & told them about the price difference i discovered.... the lady was very nice, took all my information, concerns & questions & told me she would call me back today to give me an answer regarding this issue........... today came & she called nice & early to tell me that although they cannot do anything about the price.... as a courtesy they will not charge me for the bustle
I'm very happy with that!!!

Oh good I'm glad they were able to accomidate to you. I'm thinking about ordering my dress at BR in Massapequa. Is that where you got your dress from?

Yes... massapequa!!!
so far... so good.
I've heard both negative & positives about BR but when i went i enjoyed my experience there & i decided to give them a try..... so i ordered my dress from them.
Even though this incident happened..... im still in good standings w/ them cause they were able to do something for me & they really didn't have to.

I had a bad experience at the Carle Place location when I was a BM last year and thats the store I usually hear negative feedback from. Massapequa I usually hear great things. I delt with Mary Lou...who did you have?

The girl that help me pick my dress was Tina (Christina).... the girl that took care of the price issue.... i think it was Denise (im not sure about her name).
