Re: Help - calling all DIYers
if you are using an Inkjet printer it may smudge a bit...but see if it lets you select the paper type in your print dialog box..and try playing around with different settings to see if you can get better results...or once it prints let it dry a few hours before touching it, maybe? HTH..good luck!
Re: Help - calling all DIYers
I printed on Vellum paper for my unity candle and it came out just find. No smuding. But you have to let the paper dry. I would let it dry overnight to be on the safe side.
Re: Help - calling all DIYers
When printing on vellum with an inkjet, you have to let it sit out over night to dry completely. Then you shouldn't have any smudging. HTH

Re: Help - calling all DIYers
im assuming you used an inkjet.. we used a laserjet for ours and it came out dry. definatly just let it sit for a LONG TIME in a cool place. also- vellum will shrink and expand with temperature changing. so dont freak if it's not perfectly flat...
Re: Help - calling all DIYers
i am not sure but let me know if you want to try out my CANON printer . . .it is for pictures so maybe it will be better?
