Help! Can anyone tell me where I can find these place cards?

I saw these on a post for fall themed stuff and absolutely love them but googled place cards and fall place place cards and cannot find them.
Any help is much appreciated!

If you're feeling crafty, they seem pretty easy to make. Simply purchase cardstock paper that you like, print names, cut and fold. Here's a maple leaf hole puncher you can use.

I think someone made those placecards. They sell some leaf shaped punchers at ac moore. i went looking for them also, but decided on putting leaf stamps on my placecards instead! good luck!

u can't 'buy' those already made. they're from martha stewart...type in fall leaf placecards on marthastewart.com and u'll find them along with the instructions on how to make them.
