I m pretty sure. If you have the script you probably can as long as you have your insurance card.

I did not have the script and forgot my birth control when I recently went on vacation in Florida. I called my doctors office and they called it in to the Florida drug store. I did have to have my insurance card, but even if you dont have that your regular drug store could fax it to you...

Good Luck, but Im sure it shouldnt be a problem..

Yes. We filled one when we went to Rhode Island. We went to CVS since that is where we normally go, and we were already in the computer too!

i tried to fill a prescription at a CVS in NJ once and they wouldn't let me do it since it was a refill and the original was filled at a CVS in NY...i think it depends state to state...
