Dont lose sleep over food....Im planning on choosing what my family eats most of the time....marsala and franchese are both very popular italian dishes....dont sweat which one you choose

I picked Francese- Personally, I like Marsala, but some people don't like mushrooms.
I answered the poll....of course! I picked franchese cause thats my fave...marsala is overdone IMHO.....franchese is fresh and light....something i want to provide my guests after all the CH food they will have
There is also Chicken Scarpariello..with eggplant. Yummo!
Have you been for a tasting yet? That might help- for example, I love Franchese, but some places do it SO much better than others!
we are having chicken topped w/eggplant and mozzerella cheese. We could have gotten w/ prosuite too. I think marsalla and franchese are both good, but expected.
