I put all my info, in to an excel spreadsheet & I plan on doing a mail merge, & printing directly on the envelopes (using word). Our envelopes are 8 1/2 by 11 1/4, so I have to custom my options.
If you open word, and elect tools you can figure it out from there, it's user friendly That's why I'm able to do it

I'd say either do it in Excel and do a mail merge or do it in Word but you have to customize the size of the envelopes.
