Help! Desperately seeking Ian Stuart dress ('Jet Set')

Can't find it anywhere in NYC, Kleinfeld's doesn't have it, bridal store in PA that is listed on the Ian Stuart website doesn't have the dress, although it's from last year. The dress is called Jet Set and I love it but can't even try one on!

I am looking into having it made but am worried it won't come out right (plus I don't know if I can find a good seamstress I can trust).

Getting married in Aug. 2010....I know I know, I'm late.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I'd be thrilled with a used dress...but they're so gorgeous that I think people who choose this one don't want to give it up.

So so so bummed! I finally find the dress I want and no one in all of New York City has it? c'mon!

Just thought I'd post an update. It turns out that there is only 1 sample dress of this for all of North America.

I was so surprised about this because,....well, I mean, we're a big bridal market. I would think we would have 2 of these dresses on the East Coast alone.

I wish I didn't like it so much or I'd just get something different. But a store in Boston is rushing it in so I can go up there and try it on.

I have an August wedding and am worried about time, but they tell me they can make it work and Ian Stuart can rush it for me (assuming it doesn't look like crap on me!)

My fiance thinks I'm turning into 'one of those brides.'

Man, most of you are so much more on the ball than me. I must be the only August 2010 bride on here who still has not ordered her dress!
