I nned advice on DJ's! WHo has been the best? Has anyone heard In the Mixx, starlight, spectrum? Just some names Ive heard...any help would be great!

EJ The DJ did both of my fiancee's brothers weddings and I thought they were wonderful. We are using them for our wedding as well. If you are interested I can get the contact information for you. They are really great!

I just booked Dash of Class from Staten Island / bklyn, they have offices in Great Neck. Recommended through a family friend has done a ton of weddings for them.
2nd choice would have have been 'Doctor Dance' ask for owner is ken. He is great as well.

I saw Dash of Class at a bridal expo back in Feb and I made my mind up then! I booked them the next week. No need to meet anyone else. They were accomodating, the company structure was great and they are going out of their way to customize my wedding.
Funny story---- My FH and I were out a couple of weeks ago for a friends party some guy who knew my FH is a DJ, asked us if we had booked our entertainment. We said yes and he asked 'dash of class?' We were surprised that was the first thing out of his mouth, then he went on about how great they were, very professional and so on. From a DJ mind you. So yeah, we are really phyched.

I used starlight and was very very happy with them
I am using DanceJock and my FH's cousin used them at his wedding and they were great.

We are using Vinnie from High Voltage Sounds.....we met with him and decided not even to meet with any one else. He gave us such a good impression and we are very happy with our decision. Good luck in making your choice!!

We're using High Voltage as well. As soon as we met Vinny we booked him, and my fh never does that. I am soooo excited. I cant wait to see what he does!!!!!!!!!

I had High Energy from Ronkonkoma and they ROCKED. Their prices are very reasonable, and they have been around for a long time- my guests were dancing ALL night long- including myself!!!

We booked LI Sound!!!! So far everything's been great, loved their showcase and they're all really professional with good personalities!!!! I'm very pleased to have only heard good things about them!!!! Very excited and can't wait to dance the night away at my wedding!!!
