Help! Dresses--- Please recommend dress makers or designers

Hi, girls.. I know everyone of you must be expertise in certain areas. Well, I have shopped for at least 5 stores and I still could not find the dress I love. I have some specific ideas about the style of dress that I want. I am debating if I should custom made it. At the same time, i am afraid that it may give me more stress and cost more $$ (my budget is under 3,500). Can you please let me know if you know any good dress makers in NYC? Thank you very much!

Style: very romantic and floaty
Material: lace, tulle
Shape: Modified A-line with very long and dramatic back (trains)
Neckline: strapless
Sleeves: tie with some ribbons
Waist: Empire

try Klienfelds for something like that because its a little non-traditional and Klienfelds has everything.

There's a dress maker in St. James that is supposed to very good...I think it's called Solotu bridal salon...maybe she could give you an estimate on that.
