FH thinks we should have an entrance song for each couple we're introducing. We have 2 sets of parents, 3 bridal party couple, 3 flowergirls and 1 ringbearer. That's 7 sets of people total including us!
I think it's just going to be too much changing of music to have a song for each set of people entering the reception room.
Also it's a short short walk into the small room. Does it even make sense to select a song for every couple? And if not, would it seem weird to select a different songs for 3 couple and not the others? Thanks!

I went to a wedding were each couple walkd into a TV theme song - A Team, Simpsons, Law & Order, etc. It was awesome. And they had a short walk too.... It makes it memorable when there's a diff song for each I think...

I am doing it so that the parents have their own song, the BP has a song and we have our own song so there is a total of three songs.

i really don't wanna have to play a different entrance songs for the 7 couples walking in, it seems really tedious playing 7 songs, anyone else feel the same? or is it just me?

yeah i am having a small BP so i am just using one song for everyone and then changing the song when we walk in. . .
all that changing around . . .just dont see the need for it!

i agree, it's over the top.... now how do i tell FH to reconsider, he really wants to have differnet songs for each couple in the bridal party ....

I think the BP should share a song and you and FH should be the only ones to have your own song.

trying having him listen clips of songs within what ever time frame you think it will take the BP to walk i.e. 7 songs in 5 mins.
He'll probablly see (or hear) how over the top it is when he actually hears it....they are a stubborn kind

PERSONALLY I think it would be too much. That's just me. I would stick to a song for the BP, the parents and the 2 of you.
note: these are all MY opinions.

My FH wanted to do the same thing. When we started discussing it he would pick a song he thought was appropriate for his BP member. Then I would discuss what was wrong with it for my BP member. We went round and round about it, and he finally realized that since NONE of the BP is married to one another, there is no way we could personalize the entrance by couples. So we picked one song for the BP, one for the parents, and one for us.
