My brother went on a job interview a week ago and forgot to send a thank you. He still wants to send one - can he e-mail the person who he interviewed with or should he mail it?
Thanks girls
ETA - a decision will be made in the next 2-3 days.

Re: Help - etiquette question
I would mail it. If he sends it this morning the person he met with could have it by tomorrow or Friday.

Re: Help - etiquette question
Depends -- if it's for a tech position e-mail is acceptable. For most other industries (especially conservative such as finance) hand written is still the best bet.

Re: Help - etiquette question
I am old school too and in a technical mgmt position and I much prefer them to be mailed to me. I hate them via email - just irks me for some reason - like the easy way out. Unless you had already been corresponding with me via - email - if that was the case than I wouldn't mind.

Re: Help - etiquette question
I think that even for a tech position, it should be handwritten. DH is in IT and he always mailed his thank yous.
