Help- feedback or info on All Star Limos? thanks

just trying to book limos
its so confusing
so many choices and price quotes! ahh

any feedback for me on All Star Limos?
thanks

We met with All Star and their cars are in great shape. They are one of the few I found that had the Rolls Royce Phantom V (or 5?). It's a beaut!

HOWEVER, the lady we met with was unprofessional. Her son had his bookbag and stuff in the conference room (despite the fact that we had an appointment and she should have been expecting us) and we had to stand outside the door while she yelled for her son and asked him to take his stuff (also unprofessional). She went right into prices, gave us NO info about how they work, what is included, what's not, etc. My FH had to probe her for answers to basic questions for limo vendors.

And then she told us that she would have to charge us an additional $400 to travel into Queens and Manhattan - no thanks! (PS - no other limo vendor told us this).

So I would say that I've heard great stuff about their service and we saw how nice their cars were, but we were not impressed at all with the person we met with or with the extra charge. I guess if you're out in Suffolk or on the Nassau/Suffolk border, you'd get a better price.

thanks!!
this REALLY HELPS

I used them & loved them. I had 3 cars - Rolls Royce, 14 pass stretch, & the HUGE limo bus. The drivers were on time, professional, and helpful. Pictures are in my review. I highly recommend them :o)
