did you try mlsli.com its one of the best to use...its a multiple listing...so most of the houses you'll find on other sites, they'll be on here

Check apartments.com or rent.com

They have a search criteria that you can use to find what you want. I have a good broker that we used also if you're interested. Try to do it on your own first..it saves $$!!

denise, i looked at that first home. its built at the back of the property. so there's no back yard! there's like 6 ft of back yard, and 80 ft of front yard. total waste of space! nice kitchen though =)

6 ft of back yard in queens is great

its sad though bc i decided to look up houses in queens...there was only one in the 300 k range...a few in 400k, then some in 500k-nothing great about any...then some in the 700k and seriously even for like 700k you dont get anything great...if you saw some of these for 600-700k you'd be like 'youve got to be kidding me' its crazy

It is not fair for young people to buy a house these days. We are either condisering going all the way out to Port Jeff or moving down to North Carolina where you can get a huge house for like $250,000.

Good luck ...:)
