Help finding a sand ceremony set:-) *UPDATE* W/ PIC!!!

Okay, so I'm trying to find a sand ceremony set that is personalized but can't find what I want! I want a vase or jar with a lid that is personalized with our names and wedding date. And two pouring vases! Anyone know where to get this?

UPDATE: Bought one!!!
