I have my friends engagement party at the end of the month-i have NO idea where to look for a cute dress. It's at a restaurant during the day-want a cute dress; but don't want to spend more than $50!! Any suggestions where i should look??
Thanks!!

Re: Help finding eparty dress (not my eparty)
Surprisingly I've had a lot of luck with dresses at JCPenny's. I have a bunch from there (since I have to wear one to work everyday) and almost all were under $50.
And I've gotten compliments on them too!

I'd say Macys or H&M

Express was having CRAZY sales on their dresses! Lots of adorable ones too.
