Help finding vendor

I have seen 8 venues now and still no luck for my ceremony, cocktail hour and reception to take place under 1 indoor roof with beautiful grounds and indoors for photos.

I fell in love with Fox Hollow look and food, ease off highway
I fell in love with Woodlands look
I fell in love with Swan Club property, food, fact they have a Latin station, price & service

Problems: fox & woodlands too much for Sat night in Sep (groom insist must be sat night and cant do fri cuz we are using a rabbi besides additionally a priest)

Swan club problem is the ballroom we fit in best (medium size1) i hate (the smaller 1& bigger 1 gorg but won't work 4 us.). ($95 a plate is our max for Sat night in Sep)

In knowing what I like any recommendations? Must be Nassau County.

These are list of venues I already seen besides 3 I listed:

1.Sterling
2. Verdi
3. Brentwood Country Club
4.Hartigan Manor (didn't see it after was yelled by their mgt)
5. Crest Hollow (nice but need speak 2rep about prices&food and never fot back at me even after being on hold its a shame cuz I thonk they would had been the 1 if $ right esp if can do latin food and well).

The milleridge cottage :) It's got a similar look to the woodlands with the hardwood floors and the old charm type of look. Plus it's one wedding at a time!

Bridgeview is gorgeous and one wedding at a time. I'm very biased but I love it!

I would check other lessing venues if I were u. The Brentwood cc is the worst of them all!! Timberpoint is pretty idk.about cost though honestly! But I do know that west sayville mansion offers an all inclusive package that would totally fit your cost!!! Coral house, watermill and the Riviera too! Good luck!!!

If you really like Crest Hollow I would call and ask to speak to another banquest manager, and explain the situation. From day one ours has been great, and he gets back to me quick day or night email or by phone. I wish you luck. You can also try woodbury Country Club up the block we really liked that one also :)

I recommend Smithtown Landing, where I'm getting married. They actually have three different buildings and both indoor and outdoor ceremony options (two outdoor infact and one is under a tent in case of rain but still outdoors). They have two options for cocktail hour too and a beautiful ball room. It's a Lessings venue so its affordable but still a quality trustworthy name. As far as pictures, well it's on a golf course and there is a gazebo and a pond as well as the beautiful fields and trees. If you haven't already reached out the time you should, I just love it there!

Edited: I just realized you said Must be Nassau, I saw you listed Brentwood CC so I added SLCC!

lol if you're looking Nassau only try Westbury Manor, I'm not sure pricing honestly but we went to a wedding there and it was amazing. They had many different rooms and a beautiful garden, it may work for you too.

Oops I'm sorry I assume also I didn't read it all! Nassau county huh....
Let's see Westbury manor was $67 for jan or Feb and Mar was $75
Coral house was about $65 for March
The riviera was about $70 I think fur Mar
Seacliff manor?

Idk prices but I've heard nice things about sand castle, floral terrace, brideview and the metropolitan

IF your max is 95 for a sat. i think crest hollow will be out of your range. although I loved them too but it was out of ours as well..

Im not sure why you dont like the small room at the swan club, i know its really small depending on the amount of guests your expecting. maybe check out Riveria in massapequa I loved them too. I think they have latin options.. and price was similar to swan club
