I feel that 2 1/2 is too young. It's asking alot and I am getting flack from FH's family. He has twin nieces and I have a niece also - all 2. Am I being unreasonable? My photographer said that it's miserable during pictures. Help!

You could always just take a limited number of pics of the FGs. I think it would be cute.

I thought about that - but I'm also concerned with getting them down the isle. Guess I have to cross my fingers and hope for cooperation. I did find the cutest dress and they are all adorable to look at.

Of course it would be cute... but definitely not practical IMO. 2 1/2 is pretty young... you could be asking for trouble.

I agree with you that at 2 and a half they are pretty young. I am pretty sure that my 3 year old niece would not be the most cooperative.
Is there an older child that could sort of lead the way?
One of my friends put it this way: No matter what the kids do, they will be cute. If they walk up the aisle, don't walk up the aisle, they will be cute.
Sure they will look adorable in the pictures, but if you don't want the stress of it, I would pass on it.

if you do have them - i would take a few pictures with them before the ceremony when less people are around -
at the ceremony - get a doll or coloring book and put iti nthe first row or withtheir parent so that they are walking toward toward that

No older children to choose from. Activities at the top of the isle is a good idea. As for having a choice whether to have them or not - I don't have one.
