Just curious to know how old your flower girls were.
The girl I want to ask will be 6 next year and people are telling me that is too old.
Also, did anyone NOT use a ring bearer? I would love to have one but there aren't any little boys we can ask.

My SIL used my sister who was 6 and her cousin who was 8 as flower girls. I don't think 6 is too old.
I have seen many weddings where there was just a flower girl or just a ring bearer. It looked fine.
Just remember it is your wedding and up to you who you want in it. Don't let people influenve you in your opinions.

my FG are going to be around 6 and 8 and I won't have any RB--- My junior bridesmaids are going to be around 10 and 12
some people are bugging me about who i am having and because I am not having a RB but i have been to weddings without a RB or FG so it's up to you!

im not using a ring bearer and i have to fg one is 6 and the other is 7 or 8. i dont think thats to old

I think 6 yrs. is fine, I wouldn't have anyone older though, thats just me. Other people don't mind though. XOXOXO Kitty

I have two FGs - one will be just 7 and the other will be 2.5. I also have an RB who will be 6.
I don't think 6 is too old at all!

one of my flower girls are 6. the other is just 2.
6 is not too old. and it's definitely OK to not have a RB

My FG and RB will both be 3 for our wedding. but i think 6 is a great age because she will actually be able to understand a little of what is going on. I was 6 when i was a FG and the entire day stands out for me. i had so much fun getting ready with everyone and i remember how excited i was to walk down the isle. Everyone kept telling me how important i was and how i had to make the isle 'pretty' for my aunt to walk down.

my niece was my FG and she was 6 years old. personally, i think its the perfect age b/c she understood what was going on and could follow instructions.

6 isn't too old...it's an adorable age. My FGs were 5 & 6 and they did a magnificant job. I did have a RB who was 3. Remember, it's your wedding...plan it how YOU want it!!

I am having a 13 month old and a 5 year old
13 month old is FH niece....does that mean she is too young?
I think its ok whatever age you use them...it doesnt matter
