Hello ladies (and occasional gents) of LIWeddings!
I know it's been an awful long time since i've been on here. Things are good as the DW and I wind our way towards our second anniversary. Can't believe it's been 640 days, 4, hours and 22 minutes!
I've come back to ask for your wisdom. A friend is getting married in Danbury, CT in 6 weeks. They desperately need a caterer. Very small wedding at a home. Looking for Italian, not sit down, but substantial cocktail hour type stuff (baby lamb chops, salads, hot and cold antipasta, maybe a pasta dish or two). Does anyone have any thoughts on italian restuarants in sw ct, westchester, putnam, even bronx, that could fit that bill and would come up to cater?
also, I heard there's some other mysterygroom or something. Since you see a picture of me, and i outed myself as being featured in a newsday article, I've got nothing to hide or anything like that.
Lastly, if folks have questions about a good kosher caterer (ours was amazing!), making your wedding more fair trade or environmentally friendly, or just questions in general, feel free!
