Help for invitaiton wording for deceased parent?

Can someone tell me the proper etiquette?
I am planing on:

Mr. and Mrs. XXXX
request the honor of your presence
at the marriage of their daughter
XXXXXXX
to
XXXXX
son of
Mrs. Jane Doe and the late Mr. John Doe

Question is:
should there be a Mrs. and Mr. in front of Jane and John Doe or should it be:

son of
Jane Doe and the late John Doe

Thanks for the help!!

we left it off ours too...and just used our names (but we were also paying for it ourselves!)

I'm in the same boat. My dad passed away. We are doing

Shelly....

Daughter of E.G. and the late J.G.

I am leaving out the Mrs. in front of E.G. Definitely no Mr. in front of the late J.G.
