HELP.. freds tail

Poor little fred.

He wont lift up his tail??!!??

He will let me touch it and stuff but he is always wagging it and stuff and it seems like he cant. I felt it to make sure it wasnt broken and he didnt cry or anything...

What could it be? Maybe Ill wait it out a bit and call the vet?

Has this ever happened to you before?

Could he have fallen on it, maybe bruised it at the base, where it meets his body???? I hope he's going to be ok!!!

The vet isnt open today.....

It looks kinda swollen and when I tried to lift it for him he yelped.

could you go to a different vet?
